How It All Started

Daily Mood Boards was born out of a simple observation: in our fast-paced digital world, we often lose touch with how we are actually feeling. We noticed that people were increasingly using "mood scales": grids of images featuring everything from iconic actors to adorable animals, to express their emotions on social media.

However, many of these scales were low-quality or repetitive. We saw an opportunity to create a platform that prioritized aesthetic excellence and daily consistency. We wanted to provide a fresh, beautiful, and relatable moment of reflection every single morning.

One of the biggest questions we get is, "How do you choose the boards?" The truth is, it’s a labor of love. Unlike automated generators, every board on our site is hand-curated.
